What is Mutual funds? Basic investment plan.


Everyone wants a extra source of income. They want to save for thier future returns.

So some peoples save in the bank saving account, F.D account, some of them invest in Gold or Some invest in stocks and other portfolios. 
So for those people who still being a beginner to invest, there is a option called "Mutual funds".  so mutual funds refers to the funds raised by financial service companies, by pooling the savings of the public and investing them in diversified portfolio.


So basically, they provide investment avenues for small investors who cannot participate in the equities of Big companies. 

For those people who didn't know about "Share market", actually they find difficulty to invest in share market and getting no result as the want, they often being scared of Loss, because of lack of knowledge in share market and stocks. 

So basically "Mutual funds" is indirectly putting your money in share market. 

"So that's why you investing in mutual funds, you invest in share market". 
Because your money is invested by a Highly qualified professional "Fund manager", who invest in share markets, And you need to invest in good mutual funds. 

Note

When you invest in a mutual fund, investor depend on "fund manager". to make the right decisions regarding the fund's portfolio. If the fund manager does not perform well investor has to suffer.

Once someone Ask me a question that why marwadi people are Rich? later years ago i got the asnwer by a Joke. And today i am sharing The Answer with You, and telling you some thing that might change your thinking. Now Joke was that, there was going an interview where many type of professionals were there. then the Interviewer first ask a doctor that How much time Do you need to buy a 'mercedes'. then Doctor said 2-3 months or a Big operation. then same question was aksed to an engineer, then engineer said 3-4 years. then they ask the Lawyer the same question he aslo said 2-3 years. Then there was marwadi businessman who was very rich, then the Interviewer ask the same question, how much time would you take to buy the mercedes... Then marwadi businessman reply to him that if my business goes well.. then he need 10-12 years to buy it. Last article was on  How to start with no money? and Today I'm Telling about how to build the wealth with low income. So firstly You must need a job or do a job, as i tell you on my previous article. So building Money is not so hard thing just need a financial management knowledge. So building wealth you must need to know the 'Assets' and the 'liabilities'. So here is to know the difference between 'Asset' and 'Liability'. So These words Assets and liabilities is different from that commerce studies. So "Assets" means the Economic Resource that owned by a specific individual that later on convert into cash, securities, inventory etc. as short,  asset means any resource that makes money or give you money. And "Liability" means, in simple words debt, loss or expense from a specific financial or business operation.
